Little known, but actually Italy is the paradise for vegitarian. De sheer variety of the vegitables are AMAZING! In this workshop you will learn how to make a fantastic vegitarian menu consisting three re-interpreted Italian regional classics. You learn to use seasonal Italian vegitables that you may have little knowledge about. You will be welcomed by a chill aperitif, you then get your hands dirty (literally) and finally you will be able to enjoy your hand-made dishes. Yummy!
