Dish the Fish Workshop
Fish aficionado, this is for you! In this workshop, you will learn how to make a fantastic fish/shell fish-based menu consisting three re-interpreted Italian regional classics. You will also hone the skill of cleaning and cutting the fish properly. You will be welcomed by a chill aperitif, you then get your hands dirty (literally) and finally you will be able to enjoy your hand-made dishes. Yummy!
